Men vs Women sports still a issue

Recently i really started to notice that many News Stations/Sports Channels don't show highlights of Women's Sports Games, or whats going on with there sport career. The only way that they'll show highlights or just talk about it for 30 seconds is if they won some major award but that's it. But hey if Manny Rivera using steroids and Football players shooting them self's is more important then giving highlights of REAL ATHLETES then show it. I cant believe sexism is still a major issue in this country and the Women still have to fight for there rights and there equality in this society. For example: Fox 29 Philly. When the MLS announced that they would be having a team in Philly, Fox 29 talked about it on there show and even followed it when they signed the letter of intent and of course the signing ceremony, But When the WPS announced they would have a team they DID NOT even mention it not even once, And when the USA Men's soccer team played games in the Gold cup they followed them...but did they ever follow the USA Women's National soccer team in the Olympics or any other game? NO they did not. they did how ever give Carli Lloyd a chance to speak. Espn has also not done there share of the part either, and they call them self's a Sport network. If TV stations gave props to some real athletes like the ladies of the WNBA,WPS, and all other Women/Female athletes there sport would grow. I wonder are they just scared that Women's sports will grow bigger? or are they cowards?
